2023 and 2024 WORLDMERCHANTS INC., joined forces with producer of safety windows which we packaged and marketed to the high speed railways, this product is also being tested for its use in the airline business also. For the past few years we have worked steadily to create and sign 4 joint venture agreements between Chinese manufacturers of railway products with North American manufacturers. No doubt there is a worldwide movement to build safe, efficient, and modern high speed rail projects in almost every part of the world and our work will help facilitate that growth. Entering 2023 we have stabilized our ASIA & AMERICAS platforms, and also installed new programs that will penetrate deeper into the respective domains and build a more firm group of partnerships for future growth.

2021-2022-WM Ltd., organized a two way trade program between Mexico and USA. This cooperative project exported animal hides from USA to Mexican fabricators who in turn produced finished leather goods for the wholesale and retail USA markets.

2018-WM Ltd., signed contracts with 2 medium sized auto part manufacturers, one in China, another in Brazil to deliver electronic parts to a large Midwestern/USA car maker. This contract is worth well over 20 million US dollars over a 3 year period.

2009 and 2010 WORLDMERCHANTS INC was able to extend its reach into several new areas in working with the manufacturer and exporter of mechanical seals. We signed consultant contract to open several new markets in both North and South America. We also combined our efforts to assist local Chinese manufacturer of trucks and busses to introduce their models in 3 different African countries. In 2010 we arranged and educational and business alliance between USA & CHINA educational and business institutes. This initiative is expanding rapidly.

2009- WORLD MERCHANTS LTD., successfully brought a reliable supplier of mining equipment to a Beijing company. The contract called for the parts to be custom made and Beijing company has recently made final inspection and delivery of systems to China port in  November.

2012-USA dairy company contracted WM Ltd. to perform feasibility study to assess sales potential in the larger segment markets within China. Company will soon announce official market entrance by end of 2009.

2007-WM Ltd., performed and instituted a reorganization plan to a Chicago company which reduced their transportation and storage costs, as well as consolidate their branch offices. This streamline process sharply reduced overall expenditures.
